Negative: Called to check in early, and woman took my number to check with housekeeping and call me back, never called back. Upon check-in 45 minutes later, she said she was busy and couldn’t call me back and said she wrote down my number and couldn’t find it again. Air vent was positioned to blow directly on the bed, husband had to fashion a hanger and towel to block it from directly blowing on us. Husband said bed uncomfortable. Airplanes every 30 seconds overhead. And a train. No extra pillows or blankets, or dirty laundry bag. Children running through halls as late as 12:30AM.

Positive: I liked the customer offerings in the meeting room. Breakfast was decent
Negative: It’s falling apart. My room had so many broken pieces and weird things. No conditioner but shampoo and body wash. Magnetic privacy markers that I couldn’t even grab because they’re so tight on the door. The flusher is at the top of the toilet and hard to push for so many people with arthritis, motor issues or nails. No pool either which seems odd for a wellness hotel.
